Cancellation and Refund Policy
The ASCM Greater NC Chapter Cancellation/Refund Policy differs according to the event type. Please read the cancellation and refund policy below according to the type of event you are attending.
Professional Development Events (evening): Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts.
Education Classes, Seminars and Other Programs: Full refunds will be provided for cancellation 7 days or more before the event start date. A 50% course fee will be apply within 7 days of the event start date. Once the program commences and before the 2nd class starts, a student who cancels the class will not receive a refund but may transfer the registration fee to another session within a year from the cancellation date. After the 2nd class starts, no refund shall be provided. Material fee will not be refunded if course material is opened.
