About the Topic:   Operations 4.0, Applying Supply Chain principles for success 

Crisis has created awareness. In mere weeks, it took “supply chain” from what was (for many) an abstract (at best), to common household language. Can/should that bell be un-rung? Is “normal” a return to things as they were for you/your enterprise?

Perhaps, even if that were possible, we can do more!

This presentation and discussion will seek to display the value of applying supply chain principles as we move beyond adjusting to operating in a changed environment, to capitalizing on the learnings of the crisis to build more resilient organizations moving forward.

While we are all occupied reacting to circumstances, let’s create some space for conscious proactive decisions for the future.
