About the Topic:
I know what it feels like to be stuck and unsure of who I am. I’ve been there before and I know the way forward. From companies I have worked for, and with, culture issues, policies, processes, and personal issues hold people back from productivity and/or creativity. This lack of empowerment hurts individuals. Supply chains feel this often unmeasured burden. Our topic will address how we can move forward building better companies and the best version of our authentic self. When you know who you are you can help change the world, or at least your corner of it.
