A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holder of multiple U.S. design patents, he has led enterprise transformation programs and advised organizations on improving business performance through technology and process innovation. Today, Todd is a fractional executive who works with manufacturers, distributors, and ecommerce brands to understand how artificial intelligence can augment procurement professionals by improving the decision-making process, increasing execution capacity, and enabling procurement teams to focus on higher-value strategic activities.
